VERIDIAN GEOSPATIAL, trading as Veridian Maritime, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address associated with the purchase, or
• Email us at hello@veridian.maritime and we will help coordinate your refund with Paddle.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may take several business days to appear on your statement. Paddle's full refund policy is available at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.

Cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time via Paddle. Cancellations stop future renewals. For refunds of an already-paid period, use the process described above within the 30-day window.
