We share personal data with the following categories of recipients:

• Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, infrastructure, analytics, error monitoring and customer support tooling.
• Merchant of Record (Paddle) — Paddle.com Market Limited acts as our reseller and Merchant of Record for the sale of our products. Paddle processes payments, manages subscriptions, calculates and remits taxes, and issues invoices. Paddle's privacy notice is available at paddle.com/legal/privacy.
• Professional advisers — legal, accounting and audit firms when needed.
• Authorities — where required by law, regulation or valid legal process.

5. International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), together with supplementary measures where required.

We keep personal data only for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes set out above, to comply with our legal obligations, and to resolve disputes. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
